Studio B Print & Design

Confession...when I started my business back in 2015 I really didn't know what I was doing overall. I sort of "winged it" along the way and did everything manually. I don't recommend it because that causes burn-out, quickly, and let's be real nobody wants that, am I right?

I learned pretty quickly, though, that I needed to make some major changes to my small business in order for it to function smoother, eliminate stress, and automate as much as I possibly could to gain time back.

Time is precious, y'all, so don't you want to spend more time doing the things you love to do in your business AND have more time to spend with family and friends? Work less, make more, and have more time?! Yes, please.

Check out these incredible tools I use daily to help my business run more efficiently:

01. Trello

This is an amazing work management tool for daily tasks, friend. Whether you're a one-person business like me or have a small team with you, Trello offers a one-stop spot for brainstorming, planning, proofing, collaborating on projects, and getting tasks done all in an easy-to-navigate list layout.

Best part? It's awesome for work and personal use. Use it for checklists and calendars to deadlines and easy communication between you and others. It saves you time, keeps you more organized, and it's FREE.

It can even be totally automated through workflows, too. There are plenty of templates readily available for you to use. All you have to do is swap to your brand colors and (of course) add in your own copy to replace what's there.
